​We aim to get orders to you within 10 working days of you placing your order.

Postage is £5.99 per order and will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you are ordering reeds alone, it is only £2 for delivery.

Shipping Destinations
We are sooo sorry but at the moment we ONLY ship to the UK. At some point we will open this up to a wider customer base, but for now it is just UK. Thank you so much for being understanding.

Returns Policy
Although we are sure you will ABSOLUTELY LOVE your reed diffuser, we totally understand that sometimes you might change your mind.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after you have received your item to return it to us in the original packaging if you are not totally satisfied.

We cannot accept returns where the product has been used (e.g, where the reed diffusers have been put into the oils and/or the oils have been poured into the glass vessel).

FAULTY ITEMS
We try soo hard to make sure your items gets to you in perfect condition, but sometimes mistakes can happen. Eeek! When you receive your item PLEASE check it over to make sure there are no faults. If your item has been accidentally damaged in the post, please contact us asap so we can sort the problem out for you.

EXCHANGES
If you decide you actually want to exchange, please get in touch and we will talk you through the best way to do this. (which is to return the original item and we send you out the new one... btw).​
